How It Works
Reserve: Book your Starlink kit online. Payment for the rental period is due at the time of reservation. Please note, rentals are offered in whole-day intervals.
Pick Up: We meet in person in Rigby or at a convenient location within Bonneville, Jefferson, Madison, Teton, Fremont, or Bingham Counties. (Getaway WiFi does not ship the dish; our service is local.)
Plug, Point & Connect: At pickup, a fully refundable deposit of $100 is required. Once you’re on-site, plug in the dish using a standard 110V outlet and follow simple setup prompts via the Starlink app.
Important: Do not attempt to operate the dish while in a moving vehicle. Starlink’s mobile option is not included in our offering.
Adventure On: Enjoy reliable, high-speed internet—keeping in mind that optimal performance requires wide open skies. Return the equipment in the same condition to receive your full deposit back.

All rentals require a fully refundable $100 deposit. A $75 minimum payment applies. Payment for the rental period is due at reservation and cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the start of the rental for a full refund. No refunds will be given if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of your reservation. Optional Add-ons include extra battery packs, extra chargers, and optional damage insurance.

Minimum Commitment: A $75 minimum payment ensures we can coordinate a timely meet‑up.
